- Non-Custom Jewelry: We accept returns of any non-custom pieces in new and sellable condition within 60 days of arrival date. It is up to the discretion of the Nominal Team to deem an item in legible condition for exchange or return.
- Custom Jewelry: Our policy covers any damaged or defective products upon arrival. Beyond that, due to custom items being created 1 for 1 and cannot be restocked, we are unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges.
- Due to hygienic purposes and safety reasons, both worn and unworn earrings and nose rings are final sale and cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Return or Exchange and based in US, Canada, or the UK? We got you. We're here to make things right and as easy as possible. You don't even need to send us an email and wait for a response back. Please choose from the following options, depending on which store you shopped: US Return Center // CA Return Center // UK Return Center.
Unfortunately, shipping addresses outside of the US, CA, and UK will have to obtain their own return label. Earrings, nose studs, and custom pieces also unfortunately cannot be accepted as returns, for all countries. Shipments back to Nominal from addresses outside of US, CA, and UK must be paid for by the customer, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days of Nominal receiving the return. If Nominal is at fault for any order errors, we cover the cost of everything to make it right. If there are any defects or mistakes made in your order, all customers worldwide are always covered under our full item replacement warranty and will not be expected to pay for any shipment charges.
- Nominal is not responsible for any import duties and taxes, and any deliveries that are refused and sent back to Nominal will be refunded excluding shipping costs and custom pieces in the order.
