I love large earrings and am used to them being hollow. The essential braided hoops are definitely not hollow. They are so heavy that the pulling on the earlobes moves from discomfort to pain in about 15 minutes. I cannot wear these at all. Wishing now that I'd gone with the small size because the earringa are simply stunning.

Beautiful earrings and great quality. The gold is not too bright so it doesn't look cheap. Earring are a bit heavy but that's my fault for not checking the dimensions.

To start with, the earrings are a beautiful design. This is their only positive. They look expensive but don’t play the part. They are extremely cheaply constructed as the first time I went to put them on they broke (note that it was not during wear, but while putting them into my ears). Unfortunately Nominal refused to replace them because I did not have the foresight to wear them as soon as I received them, which is a shame as I was under the impression defective goods should be refunded. If you want to buy the braided hoops, I suggest buying the smaller ones as I imagine the post can hold the lighter hoop.
