The quality of this chain is on point but the size of this necklace is too small and does not fit my neck. Also when I bought this piece it did not say final sale on the reciept but now when I tried to retrun it online, it says final sale on that item and I am now unable to return it. Love this piece so it is a shame that I cannot wear it due to the size of the chain. I would appreciate it if the team at nominal can help me with the return.

Doesn't fit around my neck and it isn't bigger than a usual neck size. Looks so nice in the picture and in person with of course good quality, but unfortunately doesn't go around my neck to even close. Would love to have more sizes available soon!

It didn’t come out very good I didn’t get to wear it For more then a day because it broke but thanks to nominal that they are willing to replace it and treated so nicely and listened and understood .. politely and calmly fixed my complain..
